I once had a neighbor who built about a 4'x7' boxed out extension out the back of his garage just to fit his '77 Lincoln.

I see trucks backed into the fence all the time at the airport long term parking lots.

Damn, I have not seen that , but I don't fly anymore.

I parked my pickup next to an identical truck at a motel in Atlanta while on business trip. Both were backed into a space, but I just happened to park backed up to a light pole. Next morning the tailgate on the other truck was gone and the owner was waiting on the cops. The fact my tailgate couldn't be opened apparently saved mine.

A $2 hose clamp placed around the hinge can prevent such theft.

Stupid garages meant for compact cars. I can fit my truck in one of mine, clears the roof by about an inch.

My tailgate locks, I used to use it, however past years of loading a snowmobile has the inside destroyed by carbide, handle hammered a half inch out, and the whole thing bowed, use it and you won't lose it.

Reminds me, once backed into a friend's garage with a dead snowmobile, shoved it out the back and hopped in to pull out... cracking sounds and resistance to motion revealed the Hi-Lift mounted to the headache rack no longer cleared, jammed tight into the door frame, had to let some air out of the tires... nothing was ever easy when we were together.

Friend bought a Chevy Colorado, a supposedly mid-size truck, and one of the smaller trucks on the market, and he has to remove the trailer hitch from the receiver to put it in his garage.

That was almost me back in 2009 when I got a wild hair to buy a full size Silverado. I'd always had Tahoe's and Surburban's and didn't even think that the Silverado was any longer than a Suburban. Bought that sucker and drove her home to find that I had to touch the interior wall and not have a draw bar in the receiver in order to get it all in.
Once the door goes down I have at least 1.5" between the door and the bumper, daylight can barely get through.....

You could just drop the tailgate and crawl right through. Jus sayin...

I'm glad you're on here. When I saw the OP's pic I was going to answer his thread title question by stating that it looks like Hammer21b's truck sticking out of that garage.:D
