I am tired of our closet smelling like last night's dinner and being limited on what cast iron I can use on our glass top electric stove. Need a burner for cooking things like fajitas, fish, and other spicy/potent things outside. I have a turkey fryer burner but that is overkill. Looking for something I can put on a table outside and move the smell out of the house. Propane and electric are both options. Not opposed to free standing as long as it can pack up into a small footprint when not being used.

This would also be a good excuse to get more cast iron too.

Simple and compact, and could probably steam some blue crabs, I like it. I will have to check tractor supply for something like that.
Yea I checked it out in the store. For the price seemed good. I didn't pick it up for me as I was afraid of hot spots on the griddle. I think it would work well with pots on a picnic table. When I ran my scout troop out of college for a few years we used the campchef 2 burner units like this and really liked them. https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/cam...1jGQbDlKJnHkt004I4BoCcusQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I have one of the large Blackstones that I love but some of their smaller products look awesome. The combo griddle/burner looks pretty sweet!

Camp chef makes nice burners, and you can get removable griddle tops for them. Thats what i take camping. Blackstone 36" is parked on the deck, and have a 22" adventure series for scouting.

This is probably too much, but I've wanted to make one for outdoor low-country boils since I first saw the video.

Can't beat the price.

I cant seem to cut and past tonight. But years ago I bought a Coleman dual burner propane can powered camp stove for camping and when the power goes out. I use it for the stinky stuff too out here in the garage or outside. I see them on Amazon for about $45 .Its the dual burner green colored one and its worked for me for years. It folds up small ,easy to clean and have had it for years.

I use a 3 burn Camp Chef outside at the pool bar and I do most of our cooking out there. I’ve got a 2 burner at the cabin that we use on the porch and a 2 burner at the camper that’s used to keep from cooking inside the camper as they retain food smells for years!
