So I slugged my m57 and found my bore is slightly oversize. It took forever but I found an unmarked box of 100 gr cannelured round nose flat point projectiles w/ lead tips measuring .3095. They shoot great over power pistol seated to about 1.330 (below cannelure). My groups have tightened up significantly over factory s and b ammo and I really enjoy loading this cartridge.

Problem is, I don’t know who makes this bullet and I’m having a tough time finding replacements of any sort even on gunbroker. When the industry comes out of the mess it’s in right now, what’s the go to for ~100 gr .309-.310 bullets for tok? I know hornady makes one, just curious to hear what else is out there. If my bullet sounds familiar to anyone I could post a picture for identification purposes. Thanks!

Ive been loading up ammo for my CZ-52, finding any bullets but 86gr sp's has been a fools errand.

I wish you luck in finding your quarry, and If I happen to see something that matches your description, I'll let you know here.

I found this info on another forum.

We have had everything from .308" to .312"; mine is .310 and that seems to be about the norm. Needless to say I have not had great accuracy with S&B ammo, with it's .307" bullets!
:scrutiny:

I have been using bullets of .311" and .312" diameter in loading for my CZ-52, and they seem to be much more accurate.
These bullets are made for the .32 ACP and .32 H&R Magnum cartridges, and can be obtained via MIDWAY or other suppliers in a variety of weights and configurations.
If your barrel slugs out @ .309" I would not go over .311" bullets, and if .308 stick to the M-1 Carbine family of .308" bullets in the 85 - 110 gr. weights.

I know this doesn't answer your question about your particular bullets, but send an email to Bayou Bullets. They can size their bullets as requested in most cases.
