...this thing looks like an answer in search of a question.
By the by....we have done this.....it works. This sight should remedy front sight high or low and right to left in the rear sight. If you think about it, using iron pistol sights leave an enormous room for error. Think about this a .125 front sight with a man having a 32 inch sleeve cover 17 INCHES at 50 yards. 22 inches when the light bars on either side are figured in. Now if you start moving that front blade a couple thousands right..left..up..down, we're talking feet off target. This sight, like the straw, eleminates the opportunity of human error.Almost like looking thru a straw.
You buy it...Try it out and then be either positive or negative in your judgement
A real "shooter" can pick up any gun and hit the intended Target. Remember the TV show from a couple years ago. Chris Tilley ,who has won pistol shooting competitions all over the world and who's father owns the indoor range on Tryon road in Raleigh got eliminated because he could not shoot all the guns that were used in the show. He was used to shooting expensive competition guns that were made just for him. They gave him a 1911 and he completely missed the target. I love shooting any and all handguns that are well made and not a POS like a Hi-point. But I did shoot a 45 Hi-point one and was shocked at the tight group I shot.I grew up shooting revolvers and shoot them well . I have been shooting semi auto pistols since the PD went to them. Still have not mastered them. But still qualifya 96 to 100% yearly. But still prefer a revolver . My edc is a Sig p365. and the first time I shot it was during last year's qualifications. Daytime score was 99% and night time was 100%. If you want to try something fun and get you blood pumping put tape on your front sight so you can't see it then go to shoot it at 3,5,7 and 10 yards .I think you might be surprised at how you do.My issue with this gun is that I believe one would have to carry no other gun. I donāt think Iād ever be capable of sometimes looking for the front sight and sometimes not.
I'm going to try it out but I don't think I'd buy it. That gun is designed to be snag free. I don't pocket carry and have never had a handgun snag on clothing when drawing from concealment..Therefore I have the p365 ,shoot it well so I don't need another one. If I don't have A 365 I would consider buying the SAS modelYou buy it...
Iāll try it.
Ole Pard, I have shown dozens of people out to 7 yards that with proper Presentation they can get hits while looking back at ME instead of the target. Maybe some will pipe up and tell how easy this is.If you want to try something fun and get you blood pumping put tape on your front sight so you can't see it then go to shoot it at 3,5,7 and 10 yards .I
I have two close friends that have been involved in shootings..... both came out on the good side of things and stopped the threat permanently. Neither one of them remember looking at the sights, just the fella that was trying to keep them from making it home to their families.Ole Pard, I have shown dozens of people out to 7 yards that with proper Presentation they can get hits while looking back at ME instead of the target. Meanwhile, Iāll bet any one of the people on this forum could look at a man-sized target 15 yards away, close our eyes, draw and hit the target.
To be far..... there are only about 450 of those guys in the world.
Damn I'm tryin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You buy it...
Iāll try it.
Shooting one before you buy one?I actually held one yesterday. Played with it for about 10 minutes. Guess what? I want one. Academy has them for $499,but it has a grey frame and a black slide .I want all black . I will be getting one in the near future......

I did the same, and felt the same. I resisted. Then I fired one. Not good, glad I didn't buy the one in the store. No handled it dry fired it and I want one
Are you sure Academy has P365 SAS for $499? They show them on their website for $579. Maybe there are some deals going on with the SAS. Bass Pro lured (no pun intended) us in on their deal for $407 but of course never shipped. If they have a SAS for $499 in SC, I will get one tomorrow.I actually held one yesterday.
