Looking to off load a p80 g19 i had built. I know you are not supposed to build to sell, but i did not build to sell. Is it allowed on here? It is a non serialized frame. Whats the proper way, if any, to sell this?

Thanks

Still confused haha, looks like you can, but frowned upon with out a serial number

Same here. I have one but have no intention of selling it. It seems the legalities of doing so are about as clear as mud, as are most gun laws. It's almost like they do it on purpose.

Illegal without serial number, model, manufacturer and caliber info
As simple as your first initial, last name and city/state
any model name/number you want to call it
any unique serial number that you personally have never used

"conspicuously engraved, cast or stamped (impressed) on the firearm frame or receiver"
Minimum height, 1/16" minimum depth, .003"

So what you are saying, if i engrave a serial number into the frame somewhere, its legal

FWIW...

model is an “if designated” item

All markings have the .003” minimum depth, but the 1/16” minimum height only applies to the SN

But manufacturers and makers have different rules, forms, etc. For example, a manufacturer has to engrave the address on their license. A maker engraves where the firearm is actually made.
