I found this thread on AR15.com very interesting.

This apparently came from Jamin McCallum (founder of PSA and now CEO of the company that owns Palmetto State Armory) who posts as Jman_JJE.

After godaddy took down arfcom back in January Pete brownells and I started talking about ways to fight back. The fruits of that discussion have led to several new companies being formed that would not have otherwise.

We have spent the last ten months building a nice social media platform, it is called Bravvox and launches in January. It is really slick. We have also formed a bank, rewards credit card, cc payment processor and insurance company. These will all be launched over the next 5 months.

Our hope is to spread freedom on IT/Finance, not just firearms.

Thanks for all of the business over the years

It is real, the legals are done on all of it. Right now we are building out the web sites so you can sign up online for the different services.

The social media site is being combed over by consultants and independent testing and we are developing the AI software to look for illegal activities. After that is done we launch. No big fanfare, just a nice site with a lot of features that people will enjoy not being fact checked on.

We are thinking about having the slogan be “let’s go Bravvox” it’s seems fitting

Can't wait for there to be a nice social media platform run by pro 2A folks.

I think this is huge. It is about time we pushed back by making our own banks, social media platforms, insurance, and more.

That’s fantastic

I've been waiting for this since Operation Choke Point. The cannabis business was similarly affected. I said then, that there was too much money on the table for no one to pick it up and do something with it. .
My concern is that it will be the target of many forms of attacks and will not receive the benefits of government enforcement efforts that "approved" services do.

But still, I'm glad to see it.

You're already on the best platform! 😀

It would be great if somewhere in that “bank, rewards credit card, cc payment processor” there was a replacement for PP for F&F/G&S transactions. 🤞🏼

Or just reclaim our central bank and the rest will follow suit... so.. who's taking charge on that one? :)

That's great! Something needs to be done. 44 said it, fundamentally transforming the USA.

ICYMI, this who the Biden Administration has up for Treasury comptroller. Her thesis on Marxism has been scrubbed.

Even more pertinent, Omarova has called for moving most of the consumer banking industry out of private institutions and into the hands of the Federal Reserve.

According to past statements, Omarova's vision for transforming the U.S. economy involves significant centralization of investment and banking, putting a new public institution in charge, directly or indirectly, of virtually all economic activity. In an extensive interview with MSNBC host Chris Hayes in 2020, Omarova outlined some of her most expansive proposals to reshape the United States.

After complaining that the current financial system does not do enough to ensure private institutions prioritize issues such as climate change, Omarova told Hayes that a new federal agency should be created to restructure the American economy.

Buy?
Brownells did that YEARS ago
That’s the title of the Arfcom thread, and PSA’s owner comments that he’s close friends with Pete Brownells and would love to buy Arfcom.

I still don’t understand why Brownells bought Arfcom. I don’t think anyone on that site didn’t already know about Brownells and they don’t seem to advertise a ton more than when they were just an industry partner.

Access to channel marketing

The AR-15 market is 40x bigger then it's next closest market. Glock

Brownells now owns the largest direct marketing channel for the best selling firearm in the history of the world.

Seems like a smart more to me

The banking part is very interesting. I've thought for a while that we really need an a-political banking institution that won't discriminate against the firearms industry. I wonder if they will need any AML guys.
