I also want to read and mull on it some more. At first blush, Grossman did a really good job on detailing most of this. Second, healthcare was quick to adopt a lot of the aviation-based research and applied it to HC. Third, the military really caught on after 9/11 with regard to better training and education. A lot of research out of that.
