I've tried various methods. Started out with the RCBS crimp remover bit in my case prep station. Tried the CH4D press mounted swager, but there seemed to be a very fine line between not swaging enough, and ripping the rims off the brass. Thinking back, I probably could have tried a different shell holder that fit the brass better. Then I got the Dillon 600, and that works really well, probably gives the best result of anything I've tried. But lately I have been using the Lee APP with the swager kit, and once I got it adjusted, I can really crank through the brass in quick order.
So I guess my recommendation would be dependent on the volume of brass you are talking about. For small volume, the crimp remover bit works really well and is cheap enough. For more volume, the Dillon or the Lee APP.
