I recently gave up on my goals of reloading just due to the amount of time I actually have. I have a lot of powder and primers that I have no idea what to do with or honesty unsure if its even worth much. I know prices are high right now but are they even in high demand? Any suggestions on what I could use them for or would I better be off selling/trading/storing them

Keep them. As long as you keep them in climate controlled storage they won't go bad. And actually they will appreciate in value. I have primers that I paid $30 a thousand for that are worth several times that amount now.
What he said. If you don't NEED to sell them, then don't. There will come a time when you'll wish you still had it all. I went 6 or 7ish years without so much as touching my equipment. Now I load 10x what I did when I first started, and have vastly increased my inventory.

As much as I’m jealous and would love to snag it from you, listen to the others!!!

Keep it dry and relatively temp stable. It will be there when you have the time to enjoy it!
