Didn’t know where to post this but I just wanted to share something we all already know. Scott at THSF is the man.
Short story on my motivation to post this. I live in Charlotte, about 35 min from THSF. I’ve bought from Scott for years. Awesome guy. There are other gun shops/FFLs a lot closer to me so I’ve used them in the past when transferring in items. I recently won an auction for a few suppressors out of state.
I called a local shop that I’m a member of and have spent no less than $10k with over the past 2 months and asked them to send their FFL along with my name and bidder ID to the selling shops email address. Guy tells me the seller has to send them a email with their FFL first. What? No. Wtf are you talking about? Not dropping names but you all already most likely know who I’m talking about.
Hung up the phone and sent Scott an email at 7:38 tonight asking him the same thing. Replied within 30 minutes letting me know it was done. The other place can keep their free range time and overpriced inventory. It’s the small shit that matters to me.
