This is the first of a new series I decided to start. I was vacuum packing some grits and oatmeal for my storage and thought I’d make a short video explaining how I do it.

Good on you for thinking ahead. Check those plastic bags occasionally as I've found them to fail at the seal. Mylar is my new normal.

I bought it from Amazon as well as the bags and have been very happy with it.
