Price differences on Streamlight HL-X ($65 - $105??)

Why am I seeing the same light go for $65 NIB on eBay but it's for $105+ at online retailers? At first I thought it was some model without the tapeswitch but the boxes all say it includes it. Are these just all 5-finger discounted or something?

If eBay was the only place you were seeing the low price, I’d say be verrrry weary of fakes. However, $65 isn’t abnormal.
