Taken with a Mossberg 510 mini 20 gauge. 3" #5 1&1/4 oz Browning BXD
You've invested time wisely in helping your daughter enjoy the outdoors and the time spent with you. From the pic, it appears that you're not the only one that's proud.
Congratulations sir.
Go ahead and post it, let's see it! I love the grin on a child's face behind a firearm.I've got a picture of me and my son behind my SPR. He's sitting in my lap just looking into the field (he insists he can see through the scope) and he's got the biggest grin on his face. I'm not gonna post it in this thread (this is about Rogue's hunter!) but for all my mistakes if I can impart a love of the outdoors and pass something on to my son...I'll die happy
She shot about 100 rounds of light bird shot in that 20 gauge for practice. I wanted her to get use to it without developing a flinch. I patterned the turkey shells to see what they would do at 20 & 40 in that little 20 gauge 18.5" barrel. When she pulled the trigger that 3" turkey shell kicked a bit hard in the very light weight firearm, but she was so excited and had so much adrenaline flowing she didn't even notice it.You've invested time wisely in helping your daughter enjoy the outdoors and the time spent with you. It's an investment in the future of responsible gun ownership guys. Let's don't ever forget that and try to keep it as a main objective for keeping the lights on here.
