PSA AKV thread adapter?

Has anyone run into a thread adapter for the PSA AKV’s? I was looking at the demo can classifieds ad and the ISIS 2 kinda caught my interest for a can I could use to dip my feet in the suppressor game. It’s 1/2x28 AFAIK but my AKV uses the spring plunger to retain muzzle devices (also 1/2x28) Should I keep an eye out for an adapter or use something else altogether?

I have an AK-V and plan to suppress it soon as my can gets out of jail. I could absolutely be missing something, but I don’t see any reason i couldn’t direct thread the can on, or use a 3 lug, as long as it’s 1/2x28.
