Yesterday I shot appx 200rds of 9mm and appx 300 rds of 22lr... My wife gets mad because I cant load the 22lr in the mags quick enough. BTW 30+rds through a PF9 starts to hurt a little,,,Am I girly?

You mean I loading the mags in the PF9 or shooting it? Both are a pain in the ass

You want to shoot less? Take a .357 snubbie to the range. That'll cure you!!

I generally take enough firearms/mags that I don't end up reloading anything semi-auto at the range. The exception being the 10rd mags for my RAR 22LR bolt gun. It's my son's favorite to shoot, and I only have 4 mags right now. But, he's not shooting fast enough it matters.

And you tell the little lady she can shoot what she loads. (And then let us know how that goes :p)

LOL,,shooting is the biggest pain. My wife shot it once and that was all she wanted.

Yep, I picked one of these up at FG&G about a month ago, cursing the entire time at the price. That thing is brilliant, I would buy 2 more. Worth every penny.

I loved my pistol one so much, I just got one for my ar. can't wait to get to the range and use it. well worth the money

Let me know how you like it. I typically load AR mags prior to the range, I have enough I don't usually need to reload them. That and it keeps me from shooting so much ammo... When I'm out, I'm out. :)

Add lightweight to that snubbie. Makes it even more fun.

will do, if its anything like the pistol ill love it. but I like your idea about reloading prior too, I just need to buy more magazines. I keep spending all my money on new guns at this point.

I have both, the AR and pistol version. I find the AR version significantly easier to use. If you can toggle a light switch you are good to go.

J.R. it's a struggle right? I bought 2 in Dec. I have other things I need to buy to complete projects ect. I could have done that a couple times with what I have spent on new guns. Now I have another project I want to start... sigh. It's not like I don't finish things but walk in the gun shop and "Damn, that's a really good deal".....

my problem is that I didn't escape the communist republic of New Jersey until just over a year ago so I'm starting from scratch so there are so many guns I have my eye on, and with a wedding coming up I have to wait until its over.

But I do have my eye on a RPR in 6.5creedmoor as my next purchase I think

There is one waiting for you at Amazon The color ones are $6 less than black too!

They do look like they will save your fingers a lot of wear and tear too.

Lulas are great. Loading magazines will set my arthritis off quick and ends up making me cut range trips short. I've got the MagLula for my AR and the UpLula for my pistols. I might pick up a striplula too for loading 556 off strips.

I saw a new loader the other day that you load 5 rounds at a time from a box and then push straight down for pistol mags. I'm not sure how it can work since the round has to go down and back but the video definitely showed it loading Glock mags. Unfortunately I lost the page but I'm trying to find it again. That would be even better than the LULAs.

That sounds interesting

Yep. I question why they have so many used ones though. I think I'd go ahead and spend $5 more and get a new one since there are springs and stuff that could possibly be broken/damaged.

They're great, well worth the money. The pistol one I have is the "universal" and it does run much smoother on my PPQ vs my glock. With the glock, it seems to stick a little bit (probably why they have a glock specific one?) but overall a much better experience than doing it by hand

I'm not secure enough in my manhood to get one of the pink loaders, but the black is just hard to find when it's in your range bag or a backpack. Would it kill them to make them in "safety orange" so they're both easy to find and less embarrassing?

I knew a contractor once that kept "loosing" his tools on the job site until he painted them all hot pink, never "lost" another. Just saying.

Then show her how it loads! In for penny, in for a pound!

The AR uplula is great. I have one. It works differnet than the pistol, but works just as well.

Works fine around here. Time to man up. lol My girls even load their own rifles. Loading is part of shooting. Now if I can get them to start helping with reloading I'll be in business.

Do they make one for real guns,,,,Like a AK
If you need a fancy pink loaders to load for your AK, then maybe you need to give that AK to a real man, like me.

I rarely shoot more than 200 rounds during a range trip, and I never load my mags in advance. For me, loading mags between shooting is part of the experience.

When I do bring pre-loaded mags, I find that I end up just burning through the ammo without getting the best practice that I can. Reloading mags in between reminds me to slow down and make the shots count.

Did you also cut the tip of a finger off while using a circular saw like someone I know?
