RCBS acronym

So I called RCBS customer service today to get a replacement handle for my Uniflow (I had rigged a replacement knob with a piece of nylon spacer), and expected to pay for the part and shipping. As I had my CC ready, the guy said the part would be shipped out at no cost.... GREAT.

I was always wondering what the letters RCBS stands for (other than good products and today's customer service), so I asked the rep.. I could guess the RC would stand for Rock Chucker, but the BS always had me stumped. The full acronym is "Rock Chucker Bullet Swager". And that's the rest of the story.

That's because they got their start with bullet swaging equipment along with reloading.
