Rittenhouse Lawsuit

Not true … yet!

No suit has been filed and the “source” is some social media account and an online trash rag. NOW this is not to say that someone may know what is in the pipes but officially no suit has been filed.

If/when his attorneys file one … they will wear out a printer with quite a few others to follow … CNN, MSNBC, Biden … and so on. Wouldn’t it be ironic if this kid becomes a billionaire from all the lawsuits?

they would need him to agree to that. since this is just the first of MANY... if i was him i'd make it a demand that they issue an apology every show they're on for 30 days, then they get fired.

even newsweek says he can sue biden and immunity doesn't apply... though they're scrambling to find reasons why it would most likely fail (some fair, some not so much)
Maybe if they publish it enough times, they'll get people to believe it...

Can you just see a conference room table with nice neat folders for EACH lawsuit they could file? The attorneys would be going … “Okay, how long is the time limit to file on this one?” … “Which one will finance the next 2 or 3?” … they probably need a war board to plan and keep up with the upcoming “battles”.

Exactly my thoughts. They’re going after the easy ones first to finance the others.

They’re probably banking on The View and ABC(?) settling for $2-5M which will give them what they need for the next couple, which will then allow them to go after the MSM.

Frankly I don’t see him suing Biden. Suing a sitting President seems pointless, regardless of the merit. Right or wrong, I don’t see you winning that one.

That may also be the plan - get a couple of verdicts or out of court settlements under your belt, then go for the "big guy" with precedence on your side.

The Rittenhouse case is very important to not only Kyle but the public. The main stream news has gotten away with convicting and slandering people for a few years now. They are way out of control. As for Whoopie Goldberg and Joy Behar I don’t know how long it will take but that is a sure win. If it was my lawsuit I would demand both be permanently terminated as part of the deal.
 
The Arizona State University Students for Socialism, Students for Justice in Palestine, Multicultural Solidarity Coalition, and MECHA de ASU are all calling on the Arizona State University administration to take action against Rittenhouse by withdrawing him from the university and releasing a statement against him. The four groups are calling him "Murderer Kyle Rittenhouse."

Well, he was found not guilty of murder in a court of law - anybody who is writing him up as or calling him a murderer at this point is most definitely libeling or slandering him. It would be funny to see him turn right back and have those groups disbanded and purged from campus. They're affiliate student groups, so they'd just reform under a new name, but it would make a point.
Also, MECHA was new to me and i had to look it up - Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán. You don't even need a translator to figure that one out... apparently it dates back to the 60s/70s... but back then it used the "Chicano" instead of the woke "Chicanx"

The only way to kill a bad idea is to air it out in the public, never suppress the dumb. Let them self identify.
 
I think some defending FJB(Jen Psaki) are saying the pics of KR with Proud Boys pic flashing White Power sign made him fair game for FJB to say what he said about him. KR said he was used by Lin Wood and his other atty in this pic to raise $$$.

Off topic, sort of - unless the idea is applied tactically, ;) I have been thinking that you can have a lot of fun with any of these languages that have gender based nouns and make some mockery of "wokeness". Do things like use the wrong pronoun combining male and female - which would certainly apply to all those identifying as something they're not.

maybe. but the words are already more or less gender-fluid (hah!) and pronouns are sometimes switched for ease of understanding.
 
I wouldn't shed a tear if the culturally-appropriating Whoopi "it's not rape-rape" Goldberg lost millions in such a law suit, if it ever happened.

He said it when he was a candidate therefor it is NOT exempt but I still don’t see it happening sadly

The problem for KR and his legal team in suing FJB is KR has posed with PBs in a picture flashing WP sign and admitting to that fact. He said he did it but knew nothing about what PB stood for or what the sign meant. being naive will not get him a pass imho.

so up to KR legal team to decide if its worth the money to go after FJB. I hope they do and win millions but doubt it will happen.

also if they come after FJB, he will send DOJ and FBI after KR. No telling what kind of dirty tricks and planted evidence they could up with and find if they want to play dirty like they did with Trump.
