What do you think jury will find Kyle Rittenhouse
You’re missing a very possible outcome…
And I suspect that some jurors have been offered hefty sums of US currency to provide guilty votesWhat I want and what I get are most often two completely different things.
Logic and reason tells me the kid is innocent.
Lefties governed by emotion believe the kid is guilty despite any evidence proving as much; and the prosecution's argument was about as left as it gets.
I vote guilty, but I want to see him acquitted.
I think it ends up in a hung jury not sure what verdict to chose on that choice
😉You’re missing a very possible outcome…
I agree personally I think he is innocent as well. I just don’t think 12 people will be able to agree either way, be it from pressure or preconceived political opinions.I personally think he is innocent of all charges. But as mentioned above the way left may rule. On a side note I think he did the best he could at that moment, being inexperienced as he was.
i think he did the best anybody could expect from somebody with much more training.I personally think he is innocent of all charges. But as mentioned above the way left may rule. On a side note I think he did the best he could at that moment, being inexperienced as he was.
I think the question is posed pretty clearly…wait... is the vote about what WE think, or what we predict is gonna happen?
i'm in the "they should dismiss everything, but the jury is gonna tag him with one of those last minute lessers" camp
Because it damn sure is not going to be based on factual evidence, be it from pressure or preconceived political opinions.
I wish it were clear to me. I know there are smarter users out there, but i've spent a lot of time researching this, and poll questions are supposed to be written so that a person of average intelligence can understand themI think the question is posed pretty clearly…
I’m going for lesser charges.yeah yeah, i was looking just at the title and poll, not at the post.
seems that the answer i needed was in a separate subsection and i should have known not to even ask the question.
Please dismiss charge #6 against me
I don't it should have to be a unanimous decision only to convict, and a "hung" jury should still equate to failure of the prosecution to produce a case that the supposedly reasonable people agree is "beyond a reasonable doubt". Likewise it is impossible to say that you don't have people whose minds are made up, and not because of the evidence and testimony, and they will not budge.I agree personally I think he is innocent as well. I just don’t think 12 people will be able to agree either way, be it from pressure or preconceived political opinions.
I honestly would be shocked if at least ONE juror did not already have preconceived notions of guilt or innocence. We always say it takes one to keep from a guilty verdict and sadly the same goes for an acquittal. That’s why I am firm in my belief there will be a mistrial. That also being said there COULD be a small chance he is acquitted on some charges and hung on the rest. Personally I don’t see that happening but anything is possible. I think about Thursday we will get an answerBecause it damn sure is not going to be based on factual evidence
Anyone with enough sense to pour urine out of a boot can see that he's innocent.
However, I suspect they're going to peg him with a lesser charge of some sort to appease the masses.
I hope I'm wrong about that.
What do you base this suspicion on?And I suspect that some jurors have been offered hefty sums of US currency to provide guilty votes
I’ll answer!! The generally and unashamedly corrupt nature of the American Left. What do you base this suspicion on?
Winner winner chicken dinnerI’ll answer!! The generally and unashamedly corrupt nature of the American Left.
The way the lefties operate. Any means necessary to achieve end goals. What do you base this suspicion on?
They are all corrupt, left and right.I’ll answer!! The generally and unashamedly corrupt nature of the American Left.
Here’s a question. If Kyle is acquitted, would you assume it might be because a juror was bribed, or because justice prevailed? They are all corrupt, left and right.
SInce it is clearly and obviously self defense, I would like to say that justice prevailed, but you never know. Here’s a question. If Kyle is acquitted, would you assume it might be because a juror was bribed, or because justice prevailed?
