Robber shot & killed by Washington sweepstakes/vape shop employee

So much more effective than courts and jail. This one won’t have recidivism issues.

I do not know why it was relevant that the employee had a CHP. Even if he did not, he can still conceal on private property with consent of the property owner or lessee.
