It sucks. As much as I want to relocate from the suburbs to rural NC, the influx has priced me out. It’s looking more and more like I’ll have to head into at least Georgia to find what I’m looking for.

When I was in college one of the heads of the main department I was involved with claimed that the current the number of residents in SC were projected to move to NC by 2025. This was back in 2010 or so it seemed like a lifetime away to a college student but I guess he was right after all.
