This bill will pass into law:
Constitutional Carry
Open Carry
Universal CCW reciprocity
And will make several other (positive from what I can tell) changes to SC firearms law including the removal of duty to inform.
Don't take my word for it, read it and contact your representatives in both the state senate and house here: https://www.scstatehouse.gov/senate.php
Use the "Find your legistalors" button on the right. Chrome doesn't work for me so I have to use firefox to get my message to send.
I strongly but politely told them (again) I wanted Constitutional Carry, Open Carry, Universal CCW reciprocity, and I don't want to have to inform when I am carrying (reasons elaborated) nor do I want red flag laws or military style raids on people homes to take weapons they are obviously not using at the moment to harm people (that isn't due process).
We have to beat these slack republicans over the head to get this stuff passed...there is no way this should have failed last time. Numbers matter...contact them if you want this to pass. Vote opposition if it doesn't!!
