Second Amendment sanctuary refers to resolutions adopted by some jurisdictions in the United States to not expend resources to enforce certain gun control measures perceived as violative of the Second Amendment. The resolutions oppose emergency protection orders, enforcement of gun background checks, and red flag laws that permit police or family members to petition a state court to order the temporary removal of firearms from a person.[1]

Examples of the resolutions include the Second Amendment Preservation Ordinance in Oregon[2] and the Second Amendment Protection Act in Kansas.[3] The "sanctuary" nomenclature is an allusion to sanctuary cities, jurisdictions that have resolved to not assist federal enforcement of immigration laws against illegal aliens.[4][5][6][7]

Thats a good start but I’d like to know what it means in practice and see it go further. For example, not only will they not assist federal attempts at enforcing infringements, but actively and physically defend against their attempts to do so. I would also like to know if they consider the current regulations in violation of the 2nd? If so, they should nullify them and actively encourage and support manufacturers to produce things like select fire weaponry, and again defend them if Uncle gets any ideas.

I think most CA escapee’s are heading to NV, CO and TX. Idaho still has a bit of white supremacist image for the woke Californians.
