I ordered some parts for a demo suppressor i got a while back, that was never even supposed to be sold at retail... The vendor seems to have lost some mounting inserts and what not... still a good deal, so i'm not complaining.
The manufacturer, Bowers Group, said he couldn't just give me replacements since i wasn't even supposed to have the can, but he'd still sell me some. Well, I ordered 2 more, and one of them wasn't threading in. I got the package last night, found the problem, and emailed him late at night. he responded in the middle of the night, which I didn't even see until after he had already sent out a free replacement since i didn't answer fast enough...



No pictures, no calls, no string of questions, no return for evaluation... just a guy making sure the customer got what he paid for and expected.
So... looks like I'll probably consider future purchases from this guy, and I guess I would encourage others to do the same.

Reminds me of a holster I ordered a while back at the recommendation of a member here. About an hour after I placed my order the owner called me personally to thank me for the order, asked if I had any questions, and told me to keep in touch if there were any issues.

I had an issue with one of their 3-lug mounts a while back. They went above and beyond to make it right. Bowers is top notch.

Wonder if it's automated but Tom Is the owner of the company. He sponsors a podcast I listen to and he talks very similar to how that message is written.

This is a podcast from a bunch of other degenerates. Not really professionals just a few guys who talk about guns and cuss a lot. If you want to deep dive with professionals "primary and secondary" is good but a lot of the time it's like trying to drink from a firehouse.

oh, okay. yeah, that's how i know of him. i thought you meant a separate podcast instead of showing up on theirs from time to time.
i'm already in the wls cult.
but i didn't even think to ask for a discount with tom. i had mentioned it in a previous email, but just told him to send me a couple inserts and an invoice. most of their items just say to email their sales address to order, so that's what i did a while back when i first asked for info

Edit - based on the price list on his website, i thin he did hook me up. not with a $15 discount, as such, but with a free $15 wrench i would need for his inserts
