I ordered some parts for a demo suppressor i got a while back, that was never even supposed to be sold at retail... The vendor seems to have lost some mounting inserts and what not... still a good deal, so i'm not complaining.
The manufacturer, Bowers Group, said he couldn't just give me replacements since i wasn't even supposed to have the can, but he'd still sell me some. Well, I ordered 2 more, and one of them wasn't threading in. I got the package last night, found the problem, and emailed him late at night. he responded in the middle of the night, which I didn't even see until after he had already sent out a free replacement since i didn't answer fast enough...
No pictures, no calls, no string of questions, no return for evaluation... just a guy making sure the customer got what he paid for and expected.
So... looks like I'll probably consider future purchases from this guy, and I guess I would encourage others to do the same.
