I'm going to the store to buy some before the market opens.
 
Good for Hostess, but I don't understand the attraction from a long-term buyout perspective. The generations who grew up on this stuff are of an age where their doctors are telling them not to touch it, and the market is so saturated by alternatives at this point (and mostly better tasting alternatives), I can't see the appeal without a major marketing/product line revamp in the years to come. Go ask some kids and teenagers if they've ever eaten a Twinkie or a Ding Dong, and I bet you'll find more who haven't than those who have. But a candy bar or an energy drink peddled by their favorite Youtuber or gamer, absolutely.

I had two box is Twinkies that where almost 20 years old, no mold.

Two years ago my youngest son,some of his USMC buddies, and his girlfriend ate one box.

Still got one box that I put in the freezer.

Yes people was snatching them up and putting them on eBay and twinkies was selling for 10 times there cost from idiots. Everytime I here about twinkies anymore I immediately think of woody Harrelson in the first zombiland. I personally am a little Debbie man lol

There were two there this morning, on the clock. I had to swing by the hair product section (obviously not for myself) and was on the same aisle with two having an excited discussion about products available. 😳
 
Not a bad return for a $410MM investment in 2013 by Apollo and Metropoulos when they were the sole BK bidders.
