Shooting at NSA headquarters

Several "news" outlets reporting same thing. Black SUV with multiple bullet holes in it behind concrete barricades. One person sitting with hands behind back. One outlet reporting 3 shot.

Back in 2015 some people stole a vehicle, and got on that road accidentally, and panicked. I would assume something similar happened.

Appears they are going against the flow of traffic and there's not a lot of isolation, as in bomb or terror threat. So, I would agree.

I used to stay at hotel very close to the NSA. I got on one of those entry roads by accident once. Luckily there wasn't much traffic and I pulled a high speed u-turn before getting to the gate. Probably not uncommon there.

Couldn't have happened to a finer set of Americans....

....and before anyone wigs out and shouts about muh heroes, people in that agency wake up for their shift each day and consciously violate the Rights of Americans by willfully ignoring the limits imposed on the State by the Fourth Amendment......every single day.

I don't care if they're "good people just doing their job," they aren't good Americans.

I still think the most effective way to shut down the NSA would be to cut off their water supply. No water equals no cooling which means no computers.
that would work in Utah. Probably not at their HQ in Ft Meade Maryland. But you could always drop an airliner on it, I heard the camera footage in and around DC is really grainy.

We have friends that live a few miles from there; he is a Lt Col in the AF at the Pentagon, but we have gone aboard the base a few times. That campus takes its security seriously.

I delivered sodas to that place when i lived in md. They don't play at all with security at that joint. They are serious about keeping their shady activities secret.

They most likely have geothermal cooling as primary or backup system.

I wouldn’t be surprised. Geothermal is one of those things that doesn’t scale as well to very large systems. I’m thinking in the plains and Midwest especially, it doesn’t work so well. Lack of ground water may be an issue, Dissipating that amount f heat becomes a problem. It really depends on a lot of factors. In areas like Scandinavia it works great, but then they’re using the ocean ass heat sink.

The conference I mentioned going to the People’s Republic of Baltimorr is on district energy systems and undoubtedly there will be vendors there pushing their geo ststems.
