So I find myself in need of a holster

I've never seen one in short configuration but kydex is not flexible. You can fit a G19 in a G17 holster, yeah. But I imagine the retention points change when any configuration changes are made.

Since that's not as flexible as leather, will it hold the Maxim in the short config as well? Or because the indentions would be different it wouldn't be as secure?

Looks great. Will need to go look up Teklok to know what you're talking about. :D
Can confirm it will not hold the pistol securely in the short configuration, it goes in but does not retain the pistol properly.

Just to give you an idea...

The Blackhawk I bought from SiCo during a recent sale says it will handle it in both configs. But, I've yet to even open the box, and don't have the Maxim here to mess around with it. I'll also have to Dremel some of the material off assuming I add an optic.

Might have to come for a visit after mine is approved.

That MAY be fixable by adding a third retention screw hole higher up on yours.

Nice work.

And the Tecloc's are really nice. My hiking holster has one.

I asked RR for a holster after seeing the thread above. He made a great holster for a super great price and had it to me with in a week once he ordered a Glock 30 blue gun. Great guy and I'll be buying more holsters and some mag carriers!!!!! If u need any kydex this is the man to see.
