Man Charged With Murder in Connection to Tupac Shakur's Killing

Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis — who told BET in 2018 that he knew who killed Shakur — was arrested and charged Friday morning

It was a weird juxtaposition on the news reported directly after Feinstein‘s death

Personally, I think Tupac was pretty talented

Why in the hell does anyone even care about this? A piece of crap thug, who glorified the piece of crap thug lifestyle, got killed by another piece of crap thug almost 30 years ago. Most of the piece of crap thugs involved are now dead at the hand of other piece of crap thugs. The world is certainly no poorer for the loss of any of them. Think of what else could have been done with all of the resources sunk into "solving" this case over the years. SMH.
 
I recall Rush Limbaugh referring to the late rapper as "One-Pac" years ago. I finally did some online research to find out why. 🤣

Reading through many comments on here, a lot are in this same sphere.
I never cared for his music. Rap isnt really my thing, though there are some hip hop artists I like. His THUG LIFE lifestyle (didnt he actually have that tattoo'd on him??) was never appealing to me. I was a greasy-faced teen living in rural NC.
His passing had no affect on me at all.

All that said - SOMEONE probably does care. Family, friends. Would you want to see justice served on someone who murdered someone you cared about?
Ultimately this is why this happened. Wild that it did, it's been decades, but Im not upset about it happening. At least they kept trying. Should anything like this happen to someone I care about, I sure as heck would like to see the perpetrator found

27 years. It took 27 years for law enforcement and prosecutors to conclude the four guys in the car from which shots were fired might have been involved in the rapper's shooting.

27 years. So why rush to a possibly hasty conclusion now? Was it because three of the four guys were dead and somebody needed to be charged before the fourth guy also died?

Or maybe the indictment's timing had nothing to do with investigation of the rapper's death and it was entirely driven to create a media event that would distract certain citizens.
