Songs/Artists You’re Man Enough to Admit You Like

I saw the in New Orleans at the House of Blues the day this record dropped! One of the best shows I have ever seen. Seriously.

From the eurythmics to her solo career I've liked a lot of Annie Lennox's music

She is great. This one of my favorites from her. I used to use it as a reference tune when listening to prospective stereo equipment. The air and sound staging really showed what speakers could do.

I had such a crush on Margo Timmins that raspy sultry voice was too much for 15 year old Wvsig.

No boy bands yet? 😎 The rest of their catalog doesn't do anything for me, but this one gets stuck in my head.

same here, lots of "pop" but some great arrangements and lyrics

reading the liner notes on this LP gives background on the way it was recorded... it it hell listening with headphones

one if his LPs is a continuous track, no spacing but blending song to song... the first part (just a few bars) of each next song can be
heard at the end of the previous song it just is not the same when they re-mixed for the CD version
believe this it Big World

sorry not that one but this one...
Blaze of Glory

even had a couple of full instrumentals...

I can't say as I have heard the original Joan Baez version before. The version I heard was a cover by Blackmore's Night, which is also pretty good. A little searching shows that Judas Priest has also covered the song a few times.

Next, you'll be telling me that you'd never heard the original Bowie version of The Man Who Sold the World! :)

What GenX knows:

Nirvana’s version is awfully good.
Lots of good covers on the MTV unplugged session. "It's a rendition of an old Christian song I think but we do it the Vaseline's way."

I love Annie Clark AKA St Vincent and this version of Lithium with the remaining members of Nirvana is amazing.
