What is the correct course of action a buyer has an issue from a classifieds deal? After contacting, and failing to come to terms with the seller?
If I remember correctly there are some proper avenues to go through before leaving negative feedback, but if someone could chime in to advise, that would be great.
In this specific case there was a deal made, it went though, some issues arose, and the seller agreed to swap back. After agreeing initially to buy back the item in question, the seller has failed to communicate (ghosted) thus far. I don't want to flame or blame anyone, but I'm keen to know the proper methods for this type of issue here on the forums.
