Assuming my SP2022 doesn't sell for a decent price, and I end up keeping it:
What are the options for trigger work, upgrades, replacement on this model? I haven't found anything like Gray Guns or Apex for it. Anyone had luck with a smith besides sending it back to Sig?
The trigger break in DA and SA has a wall of some sort that I can't seem to consistently press through. I tried from a rest this week, and had to give a definite pull to get it to break, with the expected low and left results for the pattern. I was able to shoot better patterns near the end, but with hard concentration and very deliberate squeeze. In any normal firing situation, my patterns would all be low and left.
I am reluctant to let it go cheap. The overall feel of the gun in my hands is good, and the controls are also good for me. The slide release is heads and shoulders better for reloads than any of my other guns.
I guess I could try a thicker or thinner grip, or a sleeve, that would change my trigger finger placement and leverage?
