Spotting Scope - Angled or Straight

Looking at spotting scopes. Same price angled or straight.

Does one have any advantage over the other? I could see a straight for bench work and an angled on a taller tripod. But is there really any difference or advantage one over the other?

I like angled for all positions.
For me it is easy to turn my head and look into the scope.

Angled is best at the range so you can shoot, turn your head and look into the angled eyepiece

Just don't get something too cheap. I have one from Wally World and for me it is only useful out to about 300 yards. Gonna replace it with a better one..

Angled is for bird watching 😂
Quicker target acquisition with straight. You are already looking in that direction instead of look forward then down. I also use a red dot on the side of my spotter to help in acquisitions
