I watched the first 15 minutes and it's actually not bad. The last few have been so horribly woke I couldn't make it that far.



Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is an American television series created by Akiva Goldsman, Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet for the streaming service Paramount+. It is the 11th Star Trek series, debuting in 2022 as part of Kurtzman's expanded Star Trek Universe. A spin-off from Star Trek: Discovery, it follows Captain Christopher Pike and the crew of the starship USS Enterprise as they explore new worlds throughout the galaxy during the decade before Star Trek: The Original Series.

I liked it. It was reminiscent of the original series.

FWIW, episode 9 of season 3 is a musical. I really liked this show to this point but now I'm questioning my choices. It's like the morning after you wake up next to a random girl and you're no longer drunk and she's no longer wearing make-up.

It couldn't hold my interest long enough. I really wanted to. The woke stuff really just ruins it for me. Witcher, the LOTR spin-off I shall not name, the disaster of Wheel of Time. They just can't help dropping a woke deuce on already fleshed-out popular storylines. I hope AI comes along and can take the books and make them a movie. Do not worry about actors or some director's ideological bent. Just scan the books, scan fan sites produce movies.
