Hell, that's how most office workers look; they probably can't tell if they are alive themselves. I know I couldn't.That’s how quite a few of the younger generation looks today ... aside from the movement in their thumbs how would you know they were dead?

With your eyes openSo I always said I wanted to do the natural burial. Quick fast no messing around, but this may have changed my mind. Prop me up fly rod in one hand Guinness in the other. Creepy as hell.
Is there a gofundme page to help the family? You sir win the Internet for today!
It was more common many years ago.... Its a way of celebrating life by remembering in a life like position. I respect it.That pic's gruesome, but during the mid to late 1800's, lots of people took post mortem photos. Everything old is new again.
This dude, for example is dead.
Maybe this is a Wilkes county thing, but used to be, when someone died, everybody took pictures with the corpse at the viewing. That's not been that long ago.
That's a tradition I'm glad to say has mostly died out. Pun intended.
