Surprised at all the cool revolvers Ruger's putting out these days. I couldn't believe they released the 5-shot Bisley SBH in 480 & 454. Then I hear about the 5-shot 44 GP-100.
Sold a guitar & raised enough cash to buy one of my grail guns, a Bisley SBH Hunter in 41 & find several in stock, as well as the odd 5.5" 41 Bisley BH. Start doing some digging & find out Ruger's doing .41s in 2 different Redhawks, as well as a SRH. If they'd do runs of stainless 41 Blackhawks, I'd buy one in every barrel length (though I'd prefer 5.5" & 7.5" like the .45s, vs the normal 4 5/8" & 6.5" choices). I know that puts me in a pretty small minority, but a fella can dream.
Hate I didn't buy the s/s 5.5", 8-shot 327 BH I fondled at Ed's in Vass, when it was first released. Haven't seen one for reasonable money since.
Ruger always struck me as a staid, conservative kinda company & I think it's very cool to see them coming out with all these interesting new models.
