The Falcon and The Winter Soldier

I watched the first two episodes this weekend.

After the first episode, and the way the new Captain America was introduced with his creepy wink - I figured, Ahhh! He IS gonna be a villain with Zemo!
Then they started the second episode off showing his humanity, modesty, and reluctance to take the mantle... and I figured - WTH?

So I'm kind of baffled.

As for him pulling a gun on the super soldier. Good for him. Steve Rogers used a 1911 in his first movie, and I always hated that he stopped carrying one later on.

But somehow, he's got to be turned bad for Falcon to take the shield back.

I dunno.

I'm enjoying it so far though. I think they're doing a good job representing the aftermath of the 5 Year Blip as well as Bucky's tormented past.

just finished.
I am fairly convinced that their photog director read a lot of frank miller comics to close with that shot. (not really a spoiler)

I'm really looking forward to today's episode.

The showdown between Captain America Wannabe and TFATWS and I guess the reveal of the Power Broker, who I'm pretty sure is Sharon Carter.

another dose of awesomesauce, dont skip the credits

Oh snap, is there stuff in the credits in all of them? Or just this one?
i think in all of them :)

I was like "what's in the boxxxxx"
but i know it's gotta be his new suit because bucky knew he would step up and carry the shield.
Seems like somebody leaked his new suit a month ago in the form of an image of his new action figure...

Really liked the last episode. No real loose ends within the story making it feel complete, but enough open ended stuff for a second season. Overall a fun show that I enjoyed watching.

Is it just me or is Anthony Mackie a god-awful actor? Every time I turn my head he’s in another new show/movie and he does absolutely nothing for me. I really don’t get the appeal and why he continues popping up in new media

Right! I don't understand how he gets cast in anything at all.

It’s just you.

No, it really isn't. He was barely tolerable as a side character who "quipped" with Ant Man, let alone as the lead in his own anything. He tanked Altered Carbon season two with his empty space delivery and snooze inducing acting.

My problem was he stood toe to toe with the super soldiers while ol battlestar get beat to a pulp.
I mean falcon does have more experience and the tech and the wings. Battlestar has nothing special really. And also it's a tv show.

Finished it last night.

It ain't no Marvel movie, but it was fun. (I wouldn't watch it again though.)

Just noticed there’s an episode of Assembled for TF&TWS. A one-hour behind-the-scenes show.
