Anyone see anything about this? Saw an ad for it but not much more. HBO Max and in theaters on Oct 1.
Prequel to the Sopranos, with James Gandolfini’s son Michael playing a teenage Tony. Looks really good if you’re a Sopranos fan but I’m not signing up for another pay service to watch it. Might have to hit the theater next weekend.

HBO max is just ok. I signed up this week to watch this movie and a few others because there is a 6 month promo. 7.99 for 6 months so why not.

Watched this today.
And while it wasn't terrible it missed the mark .
There were so much more the could have done with the characters.
Again it wasn't terrible but it played out like episodic tv
James gandolfini's son says he's only interested in playing the character one more time so I can't say where this is headed and as a big sopranos fan I wanted it to be so much more.
