Took the retro-carbine on her first range trip today.
Most of the shooting, forty rounds to be exact, was PPU M193, and ten rounds of Hornady Frontier .223 55 grain FMJ.
Her 1 in 12 twist barrel seems to like clustering three rounds into a cloverleaf, and put two rounds a quarter inch or so outside the cloverleaf with the PPU, with the Frontier I got a vertical string nearly dead on at 12 o'clock.
I would say at this point that I highly recommend the Brownells Retro AR uppers........
