After Slimer settled into his relationship with his P365, he was happy. The ups and downs with his P365's father was finally put to rest for being a bastard man. Her petite frame, optics, and wide wardrobe choices pleased him on many levels. However, as with any relationship, wandering eyes can lead to issues. As Slimer wandered into his friendly neighborhood fun dealer, he glanced in the cases at all the trinkets and baubles that launched lead at the speed of sound. As the guy next to him was filling out paperwork for a cute Austrian Gen5 17, he noticed the Shield Pluses in the case. Slimer had spent time in his younger years courting the Shield. She was a good companion, but he fell back into the Austrian crowd for general purposes and the petite P365 as his traveling companion.

The Shield obviously fell in with the Austrian influence. She had a trigger job, her old hinged trigger left behind like a rich Jewish girl's nose or a Korean girl's jaw on her 18th birthday. A little plastic surgery on the grip area bumped her size 7 up to a size 10. Much like the weird girl who left 8th grade and entered freshman year as a large breasted goth girl dressed in ripped black jeans and an Misfits t-shirt, Slimer's pants size grew two sizes that day. A little paperwork to promise he would be a gentleman and keep his legal indiscretions to a minimum, along with a paying the dowry fee he brought her home.

Things were fine, she shared the lockbox of Love with the Austrians, Italians, and other Americans including the coked-up Floridawoman from Cocoa Beach. After purchasing some accessories that all girls need, it came time to seal the relationship. Some Dirty Bird targets, a few hundred rounds of 9mm, and ear muffs on a lazy Saturday afternoon made the perfect scene. Both the new P365 and Shield Plus were ready to show him what they could do. As Slimer loaded the Shield and took aim, he let 10 go fast into a jagged hole. Much like the rigged BB gun games at the State Fair, there was a green-splatted target ripped neatly. Assuming it was a fluke, he put 13 and 15 more into the same jagged hole leaving a minimum of flyers.

Breathing heavily, letting the snus in his mouth calm his throbbing hands, he laid the Shield Plus on the bench to let her catch her breath. The new P365 was next after a few swigs of Gatorade to replenish his precious bodily fluids from the hard pear cider the night before. No optics, no light, just the P365 in her basic form. He put her in combat hold and fired. However, the Dirty Bird didn't splatter. He saw in disappointment a completely missed ragged hole a couple inches below. "Maybe I pulled too hard" he thought. He let the other nine 9s fly with gusto, but the P365 was disappointing. Much like a headache after an expensive date, the P365 wasn't really trying. The tight group the Shield left made him smile, but the P365 looked like soft lead buckshot at across a football field. He loaded the 12 rounders and concentrated like he was taking a very important exam. He put the bullseye right out, but P365 keep fidgeting around keeping shotgun groups for the most part. Discouraged, he grabbed the Shield Plus which was more than ready to jump back to action. Ragged single holes again with little effort. He tried one more magazine though the P365 who complained that Slimer should have brought her glasses and there wouldn't be an issue. Frustrated with the last group, he put her away in the corner and finished the range trip with the Shield Plus keeping him happy. Even the smallbore Floridawoman did great, some of her Federal Champion flavored chewing tobacco flying back into his face a couple times.

He came home with a bittersweet taste in his mouth. The P365 nagged him saying if she just had her glasses and if gave her some 124-grains she could make him happy again. The Shield Plus on the other hand only said can we shoot some more? I'll make you happy and keep you warm in the cold world. The P365 muttered she doesn't even have capabilities for an optic and she can only take a TLR-6. Slimer ignored the P365, and his P365X said her sister was just having a bad day. He took a warm shower, thinking not about a new 407K for his P365, but sending his Shield Plus to get milled for one instead and ordering a bunch of 13 round magazines for his new Shield. He felt bad at first, but the sea is filled with firearms from tragic boating accidents.

More like Penthouse Letters. šŸ˜ƒ
I've read both. The pervs at Penthouse have nothing on Jackie Collins, except dirtier words. The books my mom read could easily be filmed for a Skinemax flick and might require editing for content.

One of my friends has a Shield in 30 Super Carry. I really like it.
I'm not turned on but it does shoot really well.

Same with my 365. It functioned reliably, i just couldn't consistently hit where i aimed. Might have been me but that thin grip that felt so good in the store didn't leave room for me to change my grip. It kept going to its natural spot in my hand which led to the same results. Oh well, another one bites the dust. Not giving sig anymore money is my Christmas present to myself this year.
