English Muffin, 1 hour 5 minutes.

Just wth is an English muffin made of? I don't believe there's a toaster that has the ampacity to cook these things.

Medium toast setting usually. I do mine on light, then back in for a guesstimate depending on how flat the muffin came apart.

Also we don't have English muffins in England, they're purely an American thing.
 
I don't bother trying to toast them in a toaster, l just brown them in cast iron skillet with a little butter before I use the same skillet to cook an egg to go in the muffin.
Only ones you can find around here are the refrigerated thomas ones.
 
Love me an english muffin.
You need a better toaster.
Bit of trivia, cooking the dough to make an english muffin is a bit like making a pancake.
