Thieves steal 20 guns after driving stolen car into south Charlotte store

I thought that they had barricades for this sort of thing, hopefully the video will be helpful.

This happened to the range in Gaston County right there off of 85. Forget the name. Probably 12-14 years ago. I believe it was way more than 20 guns at that time.

Shame of CSA for thinking their fudd store didnā€™t need some sort of barricade. Even Moose Guns in Mint Hill puts up barricades every time he switches spots.
That fella is afraid of his own shadow, but yes, he takes security seriously. I havenā€™t been in there in a whileā€”I wonder if heā€™s taken down the ā€œno more than two people in the store at a time due to flash mobsā€ signs.

News channel, where's the security footage?

*potential thread derail*- in the link to the next vid, "Former Gastonia officer accused of selling drugs, using badge to buy guns", did you notice the chest hair on the former female cop?

This is the same thing that happened to Mr West's Outpost in Morrisville.
Stolen car used as battering ram.
Except in that case the criminals did not get anything. Too little car, too much door.
The store has not re-opened since, unfortunately.
That's about it you can overcome the barricade with enough car.

One of these inside the front entrance activated at closing.

That looks like ink, maybe a fox.

Im sure these guys are just misunderstood and were doing it out of rage for their systemic repression over generations.

Welcome to Charlotte. Nothing will happen. They wont be caught. Those guns were sold within an hour or two of being accquired. Then after all the nothing happening the liberal DA will find one stolen gun during a traffic stop and be hailed a hero. Blah blah blah. Nothing new here sadly.

Recently they have just been abdoning stolen vehilces in the middle of the road during the wee hours of the night. They steal and run them til its out of gas or broke or they steal another. Some recovered with bullet holes.

6-8 inch well casing 3-4 feet in the ground imbedded in cement and filled with cement is pretty tough.

The store had something like this, you can see it on Google maps street view.

From the article-

ā€œA car was crashed, wedged in between some columns, and damage to the front of the store,ā€ he said.

Got to be a pretty substantial column to support a car wedged between two of them.

.

I've seen large concrete planters used to block doors. No idea if they're anchored, but I'd wager they'd stop regular passenger vehicles no problem, and most light trucks.
