Things that kids today will never know.

That sound of dailing up to get on the internet.
Having to carry a suitcase around to put your 8 track tapes in.

I know alot of you are going older than this, but my kid just turned 6. I put a CD in the car a few weeks back. His response was why are you putting a DVD in here? Made me realize that was the first CD I've bought in 10+ years.

Manually rolling up a car window.

remembering 57 different telephone numbers for friends, pizza joints, the school etc. etc.

waiting for the radio to play your favorite songs so you could record it on a cassette

The excitement and energy of an arcade on a Friday night.

calling your friends house 20 times until they got home, having to impatiently wait for them to call you back.

using a card catalog at a library

Ah yes, pizza and corn. The wife and I were in an antique store a few years back, she calls my name. When I turn around I see her holding a stack of those lunch trays with an unamused look. She then says, "Were officially old." 🤣

A rotary dialed phone, hard wired into the wall.

The nook at the end of the hall designed for the phone to sit in.

Flipping the breather cover on a 4 barrel.
