This was I40 eastbound through RTP yesterday at about 4:45. Any of you that have to endure this on a regular (or occasional) basis can attest to just how light this traffic is. There were more cars on the road when it “snowed” earlier this year. View attachment 197358

No offense taken......I seldom go to "the Village". They once had a Police Chief in Conway who tried to have CWPs not recognized in the city limits......yep...for real!!!Dam sure better than going through Conway, no offense to anyone that
lives there (BOB).
This guy must have been in hot pursuit because the blue lights were still on. He turned them off right before we got even with him. Hydroplaned and was about 15 feet off the road, mired up, and pointing the wrong way.@Geezer and I saw an Aynor speed trappin SOB off in the ditch yesterday where he hydroplaned off

I hope the young man is OK. Good call on the pinto beans, with a lot of fiber you won't need as much toilet paper.Ive had to do two runs out today, once to get some paperwork signed and then to the drs office for my son. There was a decent amount of traffic, and the Food Lion seemed to have the normal amount of people. But everything "felt" different. Cant really explain it. As expected, an entire row of paper goods completely void...but the canned food and the dried foods were drying up as well. Got the last two bags of pintos and case of beef ramen. (plenty of shrimp, because ewww…)
My son started complaining last night that he was feeling bad, and we were worried it was a case of strep he had a while back coming back. So we had him checked, negative strep and "regular" flu, but are testing him for the big C now, we will know by Friday hopefully.
I heard this stuff works real wellI hope the young man is OK. Good call on the pinto beans, with a lot of fiber you won't need as much toilet paper.
This is something that the wife and I take almost daily during winter months or cold and flu season, Emergen C. We are convinced without a doubt that this stuff works. If I even feel like something may be coming on, I take one and keep taking them daily. So far, so good. I've been taking them for 3-4 years now. I buy them in bulk from Amazon and keep a supply on hand but, it looks like everyone is out now.
Anyone here at or near Lejeune, Cheery P, or Seymour J?
Have they also limited uniform military and civilians on post to travelling no more than 50 miles from the installation like they have here at Bragg? Wondering if that is uniform or Bragg specific because we are the center of the Army universe...
The SECDEF issued a stop movement order to the entire military. All non-essential travel is not allowed to include those who were PCSing. Only local leave is allowed, so whatever your command deems that to be is how far from base your are allowed to travel. I believe here, up at Walter Reed the soldiers have to stay within 100mi from base and Sailors have to stay within 150.
I'm scheduled to work on LeJeune Friday.. I'm a civilian working for a civilian contractor. The SECDEF issued a stop movement order to the entire military. My cousin works for a telecom in NV and has been deemed essential business/personnel.Like the no traffic but it is erie. We were talking on a call for work yesterday this is going to test the internet resources for sure with all the bandwidth usage from businesses having employees work from home and the others surfing and watching tv out of work.
And crawling along at 10-15 mph tops.whoa!!!!! That should be bumper to bumper!

My wife was trying to skype with some people in NV and spectrum seems to be having a very hard time keeping up with the increase in NC net traffic.
My family is taking 15,000 iu of D3 each day. I should probably break out the colloidal silver generator, although CS is more of a microbial combatant than virus.I heard this stuff works real well
If any of you guys are serious about "bugging out" the next couple of days may be your last chance.
I saw them out about everywhere but only because there was way less cars on the road.Say... you jokers that are driving around , seeing any popo, sheriff or Troopers?
Louisburg last couple days has looked pretty normal, except for the Mayflower parking lot being empty.Downtown Raleigh was like a ghost town yesterday at 4PM on my way to the office.
Lots, more than usual. Apparently looking for speeders.Say... you jokers that are driving around , seeing any popo, sheriff or Troopers?
Who they going to put in jail? They don’t have cells for new guest. They shut the courts down for 30 days. Nobody is checking out of their cozy comforts and room service. If real Martial Law is enacted, there will be non-Covid19 related deaths.

Load'em cheap, stack'em deep.
Yes. A adult can take up to 50K per day for a short period (few weeks) without toxicity. I'm taking 5K three times a day. I was already taking 5K per day.By “family”, do you mean each person takes 15K iu per day?
New Hanover country sheriff announced (yes, announced) that the would be no arrest warrants issued...
Press release said: (not verbatim) if you are currently in custody, you stay in custody. If you are not in custody, they will make no efforts to pick you up.
WTF???
