I started a pork butt at around 7:00 a.m. Saturday, and it didn't come off the smoker until 1:15 this morning. I'm used to 12-hour cooks but this was something else. It turned out well, though, and I'll be eating a sandwich in a few minutes. It won't be as good as hot-off-the-smoker, but I'm going to enjoy it!IMG_20210919_111504758.jpg
