Well it's winter time, and I have been thinking out some drills I can do at indoor ranges. The indoor range close to me, doesn't allow drawing from the holster. I was think about some type of dot drill. This what I came up with. One of my weak points in training is single hand shooting, both strong and weak hand only. I came up with this drill as a good way to practice.

Start on the left dot, left hand only 5 rounds, middle dot, both hand 5 rounds, right dot, right hand only 5 rounds. I thought of a variant: same as above but with a reload between each dot.

Thoughts and feed back welcome.

Think about your weak points, whichever part of the fundamentals you have the most trouble with, and design your drills from that. Each drill should have a particular training goal, you will get much more value from each round fired .
You drill is a great one by the way!

Maybe work in a timer if you can.

The timer will tell you no lies!

Other shooters, shooting kind of affects the timer. If I'm solo, the timer works fine.

Ahh, the loudness, duh. Makes obvious sense!

But I was thinking more of setting par times. But I guess it can be tough to hear even the beep. And prob near impossible at a fairly full indoor range.
