Thoughts on Liberty Safes

Guy in my hood is moving and selling his Liberty Franklin 24 gun safe in Slate Gray with dial lock. If anyone is interested, pm me and I can put you in contact with him. Edit, If I broke some forum rules, please delete my post. Thanks.

I have two higher end Liberty Safes and both have served me very well. Both came with dehumidifier wands and black combo dials with white numbers which are much easier to see.
I like old school combo locks vs digital, not a fan of replacing batteries, just personal preference.

I know this thread is old but I just bought a new liberty safe from Duncan’s in Wilkes. It was the cheapest I could find that particular safe. Funny thing was they were running a deal with free delivery, to the sidewalk but wanted $350/375 to put it in my home. We ended up using a tractor and a couple straps and got it in easier than I thought it would be. I guess with three generations of the Smith clan I should expect no less lol. I am just happy the porch didn’t collapse. 2C0919FD-71A9-439B-AD4A-DB6C9F9C3F14.jpeg57833C00-071D-4FF8-B94E-50E7BC85B886.jpeg AE8A0A7C-0D28-4DA3-A093-CA064C1B5B34.jpeg

I see Drake and Liberty Safes. I do think Greg ( Drakes )makes the best safe money can by. But Liberty is also good. I personally love Canon safes. I have bought 3 of them and have never thought I made a bad decision. I like them very much.

1. First of all, buy at least one size bigger than you think you need!

2. I have a Liberty and Cannon. The Liberty is a much better safe.

3. Repeat #1!

Buy once, cry once. Bernardini TL-30's are true fire rated safes & not just a locker with drywall liners. There are other brands but I know Bernardini is a fine safe.9
