Yes and some of the more expensive manufactures are toolcraft with the companies name stamped on it

Yes, they’re some of the best. They’ve only in more recent years begun to sell BCGs under their own name. They’re normally an OEM source.

If you buy the Toolcraft bolts from PSA and have workmanship issues, can you go direct with Toolcraft CS ? I just ordered a Toolcraft Blem nitride w/ the carpenter 158 bolt from PSA.
