Really just an assembly project. I wanted an ATI top folding stock on a gun that it was not designed to fit. I have an ASI PAS12, 12 gauge which is a Turkish gun similar to the Dickenson Arms and sort of a Benelli clone. This gun is currently sold in the U. S. under the Iver Johnson brand. The folks at ATI said no go, the stock is only for Winchester, Remington and Mossberg. I bought the kit anyway knowing that their adapters would not work. This is the kit.

1.- Opening the bolt hole to 5/8" to fit the mounting stub on the shotgun frame.
2.- Cutting down the pointed end of the adapter to make a flat mating surface with the shotgun. I took it down with a farrier rasp in 10 minutes and finished on a belt sander. I stopped cutting at a finished thickness of .535"
3.- There were small "gaps" between the top and bottom adapter and the frame from the original angled surface of the adapter. I built these up with JB weld to fill those gaps and produce a flat part. I also partially filled the interior of the part to reinforce it.
4.- I cut a channel in the bottom of the adapter to let the tang on the end of the shotgun pass into it.
5.- Had to purchase a metric bolt (Ace Hardware) to assemble the unit.

The finished adapter and bolt are shown below. I could have used an allen bolt but I wanted a slot head so I made this from a hex head.

Finished product. I had to file a tiny bit off the edge if the pistol grip to fit it to the trigger guard.

This was an easy project and I believe it could be done to many other brands of shotguns beyond the three specified by ATI. The final fit is a bit proud as the shotgun frame is about .100" wider than the adapter.
