Right now I have a P320XC and I am a little disappointed I didn't get the full size or else I wouldn't have this problem. I am looking for a full-size pistol for shooting two-gun and for generally completing my kit. The CZ P10F is what I have my eye on, I like the feel in my hand and it has a great trigger for a striker-fired pistol. If I were to get the P10 and keep the 320 I can't think of a use I would have for the 320. I'm just looking for second opinions, should I trade in my 320 for the P10, or is the P10 worth getting at all?

Thanks all!

I don’t have any experience with the P10F but I have a P10S and it’s a great pistol. It’s probably more accurate for me than a Glock 19. The grip allows you to get your hand up pretty high and it fits my hand perfectly. The only downside for me is the weight but that’s only an issue when carrying. Some people (not me) think that the grip texture is too aggressive but that can be easily fixed with the Talon Pro or Rubber grip tape.

I have 2 P10cs and have been carrying them for about 5 years now, however long they've been out. I really like them personally but everyone is looking for something different when it comes to pistols. Do you have a range nearby that will let you rent one? If so, I'd highly recommend trying before you buy. At the end of the day, both are good pistols it's really just a matter of preference.

Good idea, I'll try to find a range to rent. I have dry-fired it before and the trigger felt much better than my p320.

I liked the grip size and texture when I held it too, I have bigger hands and it fits really well.

Yeah, the P10 pistols have great triggers for sure, they have nice texturing, plenty accurate etc. If I were trying to list some cons: they tract super fast during recoil and have a slightly snappier feel, the mags aren't nearly as readily available though they probably are cheaper than sig mags, and holster availability won't be quite as good.

Great to know, I did some research on the holsters and mags and found some good prices that will work for me. The recoil being snappy is another thing I read in some reviews not sure how that will affect my shooting, just gives me more reason to rent one.

Can't comment on the 320.

I own a P10F. It's my fourth CZ. The first 3 all being metal guns. @ of which I fired many tens of thousands of rounds with. Both very nice tuned SA trigger metal guns. So I was spoiled on those.
Decided to pick up a P10F optic ready for matches. Stuck an SRO on it and haven't really picked up anything else since. I really like it. It's a super reliable plastic gun with really nice ergos and a grip angle I like more than Glock.
I like the very aggressive grip texture. Gun just works for me. I don't find it overly snappy, but it's far more snappy than my TSO. Definitely has had me working harder on my grip pressure and technique.

I've done a few things to mine. Stock trigger would bite a bit. Stuck an HIBI trigger and CGW striker (stock spring). Trigger is fine but not great. Useable. I am used to much nicer frankly, but it is better than my glocks.
CGW stainless guide rod and 15lb spring. Might get a tungsten GR at some point. Also considering a brass grip module, but for now they come only in medium. I like the small size one that came on the gun. Overall I dig the gun and feel it's the best bargain for a full size plastic fantastic.

I'm seeing a lot of reasons to get the P10 but if anyone has an argument for me keeping P320 I'm all ears. The main reason I haven't traded in the 320 is that I didn't like the value they put on it for a trade-in. Advise is appreciated.

Have you looked into changing the grip frame from your XC to a larger one ? One of the main selling points of the SIg 320 series is that the trigger group / fire control unit is the “firearm” as far as the govt is concerned. You can drop your FCU into a different frame and even change the slide.

I'll try that, my buddy has a full size that I could swap with and see how I like it.

That would be my suggestion as well. Go with the Wilson combat Carry ii module, you have a full size grip with your compact slide, like the M18 or Glock 19X which IMO is the best set up because you have a full length grip to hold onto and less reciprocating mass with the compact slide. You can also add the tungsten rod weights to the frame as well.

I just switched to the WC carry ii grip with weights as stated above and really enjoyed it

I met the OP today and can confirm his hands need a different grip than most of us do. He tried my gun, we made a deal and now I am the proud owner of a P320 XCompact. And the universe of CZ Fanbois has a brand new convert.

Since there is no BST thread, I can't leave formal feedback. But I highly recommend this member for deals.

Likewise, it was great meeting and doing business with you!

The 320XC is an awesome gun in my opinion it does take some getting use to if you transition from Glock but once you mess with it some you will love it or list it
