Trump on his way to Walter Reed Hospital

I watched the news conference today by his physician. Very promising report. President is able to tolerate room air (no oxygen supplement) with activity (walking around) is a GREAT sign. Also that he doesn't take any medication for blood pressure or cholesterol speaks a lot to his weight and overall health being a non issue. His vitals they disclosed were all excellent. The Dr dodged the question about him ever being on O2 which would lead me to believe he HAD been on some initially and I'm sure a big factor into bringing him to Walter Reed as an "abundance of caution". Hope he makes a speedy recovery
 
Wife and I both work there, she’s a contractor nurse and was on shift tonight. She called me on her way out for directions to an alternate gate off base since the primary ones were closed due to assholes “protesting”.

Also just got this notification a few mins ago.

President Trump was discharged from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and returned to the White House on Monday evening to continue his fight against the novel coronavirus, after his medical team warned that he “may not entirely be out of the woods yet.”

Dressed in a navy suit and tie and wearing a face mask, Trump walked out of Walter Reed on his own. Upon walking out the doors of the hospital, he made a low fist pump and gave a thumbs up to the press as he got into a black SUV to head to Marine One.

The president teased his return to the White House Monday afternoon, saying he is "feeling really good!"

"Don’t be afraid of Covid," the president tweeted. "Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge."

He added: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"

Bet the Dims are pissed ... they had so many plans ... and his obese high risk body just didn’t cooperate.

Trump says he’ll be ready for Debate II in South Florida on October 15th ... wonder if the Dims and Slo Joe will make Trump’s C-19 a reason to cancel?

Why do you suppose that because their reactions were not yours, they did not take "the virus" seriously?

I like him. He always likes a post and responds politely, even if it crawls all over him.

Plus, he moved down here and put up a damned Duke's mayonnaise avatar, and takes our anti-yankee sentiment with a bit of grace. Light years ahead of that danged CZguy.
